Invite me to speak to you and your peers. I cover an extensive range of topics from HIV education, Alternative Sexual Practices to Culturally based sexual parameters and have full access to specialists in any sexual topic you may need covered.
I speak to you :
I am a state certified HIV Counselor since 2005. I will educate you on how to safely engage in any form of sexual interaction you may desire. If you have questions about sero-discordant relationships, "hooking-up" or Alternative Sexual play and how it affects the HIV risk, I will be your resource for the answers. I specialize in incorporating your unique influences and demographic concerns into safer sex environments. I am here to support you in your sexploration and enable you to do it in a fun, safe, and fulfilling way.
Alternative Sexual Practices:
You have questions about sexual interests and creativity with another. I will speak to you and/or your partner(s) about those factors. I will be a resource for like-minded individuals through communal web-sites, local meeting groups and personal experience and friends. You are not alone in what sparks your interest. I will be a resource for support, validation, networking opportunities and education.
Culturally Based HIV Education:
You and I live in a fantastically diverse community. California is one of only three states that is a "minority-majority" which means that over 50% of the populace is of a non-anglo demographic. To that end I am well suited to address concerns of your specific community. The Latin, Spanish and Mexican communities are heavily influenced by religion and thus need to be treated specifically to pay homage to their opinions and beliefs in safer-sex practices and education. The African-American Community has unique challenges with their socioeconomic status and culturally based belief systems. Safer sex education is of the utmost importance within the African-American demographic as it had one of the highest increase of HIV infections within the US.
Gay Men & Women:
Gay men and women represent a unique challenge in the United States and evidence of past struggles with safer sex are evident. You may partake in sexual practices that other groups may not condone, or even find frightening. I am here to integrate safer sex practices into every aspect of your sex life as well as nurture and sustain the correct choices you are currently making. Substance use within the gay community is higher then that of our straight counterparts. To that end you may need to understand and integrate safer sex practices and drug use into your playtime.
